Financial Integrators' flexible fee options for financial advisors
Financial Advisors find great value in our professional partnership, expert consultation, services and support. Most services are provided at no additional cost as part of your affiliation with us.
Fee for services
The following professional services are available for a fee, with client passthrough options:
- Financial plans: $250 plan development only. $450 all-in plan development and presentation.
- Asset management: 20bps base to 35bps for full-service (research, selection, management, monitoring, trading).
- Operations: Back-office support starts at $60/hour.
- Tax preparation: Starting at $600 for individual and $900 for business returns.
- Tax support: Calculations, projections and reviews for tax credits start at $150/hour.
- Accounting: Fees based on services. Direct billed to the client. The advisor receives a referral fee.
- Technology: Back-office IT support. Fees are based on the scope of services and outlined in an agreement of services.
Payout Grid
Our relationships are built on trust and transparency. The following outlines our advisor payout levels based on total Gross Dealer Concession (GDC).
The formula is as follows for trailing 12-month GDC only: Total Group Gross Dealer Concession times 70%.
For producer groups of reps who share the same office space with the intention to function as one business unit and utilizing straight-through processing through Docupace, we have developed a special allowance.
Note: At year end, those with trailing 12-month GDC lower than their current payout level will be granted 12 months to reach current payout level before a payout correction is applied.

The payout advantage of the producer group can be paid to all of the members, or to any one or more members.
Producer groups are not eligible for recruiting compensation for additional members of their own group. That amount can be applied against the grid to determine the payout for all of the members of the producer group.
